By booking tours with ANA obrt (in following text ANA ) through this website, you agree to have read, understood, and fully accept all terms of service listed below. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all dealings between ANA and the Customer to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions whether they appear on the stationery or correspondence of the Customer or elsewhere unless otherwise agreed in writing by ANA and apply specifically for online bookings.
ANA, undertakes to provide protection of personal data of customers, by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers / users that is necessary to meet our obligations; informs customers about how the collected data is used, regularly gives customers a choice regarding the use of their data, including the possibility to decide whether or not to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is securely stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform business operations. All employees of ANA and its business partners are responsible for respecting the privacy protection principles.
The entry and transfer of personal data and credit card number data is protected by the highest security standards provided by the Monri online credit card authorization system in accordance with the requirements of the card issuers and card brands and the PCI DSS standards. Credit card authorization and billing is done using the Monri system for the realtime credit card authorization and billing.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
All prices are final, expressed in EURO. The price stated on the confirmation list includes the added value tax (VAT).
All payments will be done in euros.Please note that bank transfer requires 3-5 days. Onceonly payments can be done by the following credit cards: MasterCard®, Maestro® and Visa®.
STATEMENT ON THE SECURITY OF ONLINE PAYMENTS
While conducting payments on our tour shop you are using booking system EZ Booker and Monri Payments – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.
Credit card purchase security statement
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128- bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer’s personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need that information for completing the job. All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.
COMPLAINTS
The seller undertakes to deliver a service that is technically faultless and corresponds to the service description stated at www.arenaboatpula.com. The image illustrating the service on the website does not have to correspond to the real experience and the buyer cannot file a complaint regarding this segment. If the buyer chooses the product download option, and the buyer is not be able to perform the download due to technical problems caused on the seller’s server, the seller undertakes to send an e-mail with new download options for which the buyer does not bear any costs. In case the buyer is again not able to perform the download caused by technical problems on the seller’s server, the buyer is obliged to contact a sales service of the seller that will offer an adequate solution that will not in itself contain any fee or any further costs to be borne by the buyer. The buyer is not entitled to demand a refund in this situation. In case the buyer cannot download the product and the technical problems are not related to the seller but are caused by the buyer, the operator or a third party, the seller bears no responsibility and the seller is not obliged to allow the buyer to download or deliver the goods free of charge. The buyer is obliged to download the product within 5 (five) working days, after which he/she will no longer be able to do so regardless of the payment being made. In this case, the buyer waives any complaints.
COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
All rights of the publisher and the holder of the program on the recorded and printed work are reserved. Publisher and is ANA. The buyer undertakes not to reproduce, perform, use for radio diffusion or sell the products of the seller or any part of those products without authorization.
GENERAL
ANA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. All changes apply to the use of the www.arenaboatpula.com. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase. The services provided by the www.arenaboatpula.com online store does not include the costs you incur when using computer equipment and services to access our site. ANA is not responsible for the cost of telephone, Internet traffic or any other charges that may be
incurred. Although ANA strives to offer you the best possible services, ANA cannot guarantee that the services on www.arenaboatpula.com will suit your needs. ANA also cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free. If there is any error, please report it to our Contact Center or e-mail so that we can eliminate it as quickly as possible.
DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS
In case of delay, please call the phone number provided in the confirmation or on our web site. The provider is not obliged to provide the confirmed service in case of delay, although whenever it will be possible we’ll do the best to provide the service according to the booking. In cases when it is not possible, you’ll be offered an optional substitute. Cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund, and please inform us as soon as possible via email or telephone. If a Customer cancels the tour or shortens it by his own will, we are not obliged to reduce the price. In case of bad weather, Customer will receive a full refund, or be offered a booking with an alternative date and time. Please take note that bank transfer requires 3-5 business days.
SPECIAL NEEDS TRAVELERS
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled participants; however, we are not responsible for any denial of services by carriers. Hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, mini buses, vans, and cars are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need assistance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend having travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the Customer(s) to ensure that they obtain adequate travel and medical insurance cover. The Customer(s) are covered by all-risk insurance while they are on the boat. However, they are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity on the tour.
LOSS AND DAMAGE
Any loss or damage to property will be the responsibility of the Customer and all replacement and repair costs will be charged in full. ANA does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to Customer(s) or their guests.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
Neither ANA or its employees shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, illness, delay or expense caused to the Customer, its employees, licensees or invitees or any other person or any other persons attending the booked tour except insofar as such injury, loss, illness, delay or expense results from the proven negligence or deliberate action or omission of
the Company.
THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE
ANA is insured for the claims occurred from liability for the death, injuries of the body or health while the staff/owner of the boat is using the boat.
YOUNG TOUR PARTICIPANTS
An adult must accompany tour participants under 18 years.
